Summer Running

Summer running will begin Monday, June 6.
 
Plan to meet at the Cheatham Hill Road parking area of the battlefield at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  The parking area is approximately 0.25 miles from the intersection of John Ward and Cheatham Hill Roads. 
 
We will NOT meet at Hillgrove on Wednesdays due to the track being unavailable (turf installation and construction work). Summer sessions should conclude by 8:30-8:45 a.m. each morning.  Please bring your own water/sports drink.
 
Although we are only meeting 3 days/week as a team, all athletes are encouraged to run 5-7 days/week.  Please keep track of your summer mileage.  
 
Remember, ALL participants must have a current physical on file prior to running with the team.  Physical forms are available in the front office, or see Coach Abernathy.  At this time, the new physical form cannot be downloaded from the website.
